Shop safe policy
The Atlanta Travel Thailand Ltd. payment system ensures confidentiality of your personal data and safe use of your credit card for travel transactions. You are required to send us your credit card details to SECURE your booking at the time you submit your booking request. You will however not be charged for your accommodation until your reservation has been confirmed or just before your arrival at your chosen hotel (payment is determined by the hotels payment policy). We will send a final confirmation and quote for the reservation once we have received all the details from you. Credit card details should be sent to us by fax, using our credit card fax form.

Because of these safeguards, we never had any reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of travel purchases made through our website. In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card, following the reporting procedures specified by your card provider, contact our Customer Service Center immediately. Most credit card companies will cover you for unauthorized usage. If, your credit card company holds you liable for any unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase via Atlanta Ltd., we will reimburse you for up to US$50.00, which is the minimum liability allowed under the US’s Fair Credit Billing Act. If you would like additional information on the Fair Credit Billing Act, please contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission's website ( www.ftc.gov).

Privacy and Security policy
We, at Atlanta Travel Ltd. are very concerned about protecting the privacy of our customers. Any personal data collected from you for securing a reservation with third party vendors such as hotels or tour companies shall not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, licensed, sold or redistributed. This information is used solely to enhance or fulfill your promotional request or for securing your reservation with hotels or tour companies. Customer testimonials or comments will not be used without written consent.  

Cancellation policy
We do not charge any cancellation fee for any service that has not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.

The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. It is in your best interests to be aware of any cancellation policies that apply and fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

If you cancel:

+ 21 Days before requested arrival date

No cancellation fee

21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date

There is a 5% administration charge

13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date

There is a 10% administration charge

6 - 3 Days before requested arrival date

There is a 25% cancellation fee, at least one night

2 - 0 Days before requested arrival date

There is a 100% cancellation fee.

NOTE:
Unless you are informed otherwise on your confirmation e-mail. Some hotels have policies that are not the same as the above table and therefore it is in your interest to pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.

If you do not wish to keep a reservation you should:
Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your booking like the tour, guide, hotel name and relevant dates.

Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

Shortening your stay:
We would love to be as flexible as we can regarding this issue. However, as an agent, Atlanta Ltd. has to abide by the individual hotel or service providers policies regarding refunds. Essentially, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither do we and we will refund the amount to you less 5% administration charge and banking charges. You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us as well as with the hotel receptionist or you will not receive your refund if applicable.

No Show (Non-use of reservation):
If, for any reason you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to said booking. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise. 

Delivery
Tickets and vouchers can be either picked up at our office or can be sent by EMS or will be delivered by a courier service. Delivery charges will be added to the ticket price.

We accept the following cards:
As our prices are calculated on cash payment, a 3% commission fee for credit card payment will be added.
