Atlanta Travel offers you all sightseeing tours
below either as joined tours or as
private guided tours. Joined tours are cheaper for the single traveler as shops sponsor
them. Private guided tours only visit shops on your request and depart, following your schedule!
All tours include transfer from and to the major hotels in
Sukhumvit area by air-conditioned van or bus and are guided by an English speaking guide.
Full day tours include lunch.

Atlanta 01: Canal Tour (Half Day)

Duration: 06:45 – 11:00
After the pick up at the hotel the bus takes you to the River City Pier. There you enter one of the
famous long-tailed boats, which take you along the Chao Phraya River and through its canals
(klongs). Visitors can see Thai life style along the riverbank as well as the famous Wat Arun
or the temple of Dawn. The spectacular tower (prang) in Khmer style makes Wat Arun a landmark

Atlanta 02: Temples & City Tour (Half Day)

Atlanta 05: Jim Thompson & Vimanmek Mansion (Half Day)

local Thai silk industry. He loved Thai culture so much, that he built for himself one
of the most beautiful Thai style houses in Bangkok, which you will visit. From there
this tour takes you to another marvelous building, the Vimanmek Mansion. It is the
world's largest golden teak wood building and was built as the Royal Residence of
King Chulalongkorn, the Great King Rama V. Today it is a private museum, where
priceless treasures and a collection of the late kings memorable are on display.

Atlanta 06: Damnoensaduak Floating Market (Half Day)

As Thailand developed along its waterways, to buy and sell from boat to boat or
from boat to house has a long tradition. On this tour you will visit Thailand's largest
floating market in Rachburi Province, about 100 km from Bangkok. You will have
the opportunity to ride on one of the boats, rowing in the canals amidst the other
boats rowers who sell colorful tropical fruits, food, souvenirs and flowers.

Atlanta 10: Damnoensaduak Floating Market & Zoo (Full Day)

This tour combines Tour number 6 and 7. You will see the most colorful Floating
Market, the rural and authentic fruits, food and flowers of Thailand. We visit a
coconut farm to see a sugar factory. Later you will experience riding one of the

Farm, where you can enjoy seeing the magic show including elephants and crocodiles

Atlanta 11: Ayutthaya & Bang Pa - In Summer Palace (Full Day)

With this tour you will visit Ayutthaya, which was the ancient capital of Thailand for
417 years. Today it consists mostly of ancient ruins and art works. We will see Wat
Monkol Bophit, housing a large bronze Buddha statue. Further we visit the former
palace of Srisanphet. After lunch, this tour takes you to Wat Yai Chai Mongkol,
containing colossal pagodas, Wat Panan Cheng on Riverside and the summer
palace of Bang Pa-In, having a collection of palace buildings in varied architectural styles.
